Mission: Helping Mexican Students Thrive.

Vision: No more students in Mexico dropping out of school due to lack of food, mentorship or counseling

In 2020 our President, Rafael Hernandez, decided to formalize his continued efforts in Mexico to help students graduate college. He reached out to people equally passionate about helping achieve this mission to form our Board of Directors. Kerrnandez is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Kerrnandez accepts donations from our community to purchase internet service, computers and phones, food and and other supplies (such as shoes and clothing) for our scholarship recipients for one calendar year. We also offer mentorship and English language classes for our students. Over the course of the year, students receive mentorship directly from Rafael, and the other board members. They are encouraged to apply for internships, many times for Salesforce-centric companies. After completing their year scholarship, students are still provided with mentorship and guidance as requested.

We strive to support our scholarship recipients in many ways to help them succeed and achieve their dreams.

All Kerrnandez board members donate their time to the foundation and are not paid for their service.
